摘　　要：野鸦椿属植物共有3种,中国有2种,分别为野鸦椿Euscaphis japonica和圆齿野鸦椿Euscaphis konishii,具有较高的药用价值,是民间常用的药用植物。目前,野鸦椿属植物中已发现的化学成分主要有三萜类、酚酸类、黄酮类、倍半萜类及其他类,其具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗肝纤维化、抑菌等药理活性。对野鸦椿属植物的化学成分及其药理活性进行综述,为其药用资源的开发和药效物质基础的研究提供参考。There are three species of medicinal plants of Euscaphis, and two of them are species in China, including Euscaphis japonica and E. konishii, which are valuable traditional Chinese medicine, and are widely used in the folk. Until now, triterpenes, phenoic acids, flavonoids, sesquiterpenes and others components have been found in Euscaphis. Accumulating studies showed that Euscaphis possess the pharmacological activity of anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antiliver fibrosis and antibacteria. This article summarized the chemical and pharmacological research of Euscaphis, which would provide reference to its plant resources utilization and medicinal material basic research.
