摘  要:本文针对乏燃料组件燃料棒更换抓爪的疲劳特性进行研究,目的在于获得燃料棒抓爪合理可靠的使用寿命。抓爪所用材料属于定制特种材料,为获取不同应力值对应的极限循环次数,拟合出该材料的S-N疲劳特性曲线,本研究中对抓爪所用材料进行了疲劳试验;而后通过ANSYS软件建立抓爪模型并施加载荷。通过S-N疲劳特性曲线数据,对ANSYS进行参数设定,获得抓爪的理论疲劳寿命;通过疲劳试验验证了乏燃料组件燃料棒更换抓爪的使用寿命。This paper focus on the low cycle property of the fuel rod gripper applied on the spent fuel assemblies, the purpose is to get a reasonable and reliable service life of the gripper The material used in the gripper is special, so in order to obtain different stress values corresponding to the limit cycles, and calculates the S-N fatigue curve of the material, the first step is to do the test for the gripper material and build the gripper model, and then applying the relevant load in ANSYS. Through the acquired data of S-N curve, the parameters for ANSYS is set, and then the fatigue life of the gripper can be calculated. Finally, through the test the service life of the gripper can be validated.
