摘 要:目的:探讨医院药品库房实施精益管理的效果,完善医院药品库房的管理流程,提高管理效益。方法:总结医院药品库房日常工作中遇到的问题,分析问题根源并引入精益管理改进药品库房管理模式,解决布局标识不合理、验收方式传统、药品库存数量大和调价模块缺陷等实际问题。结果:药品分区更加明确,提高了发药速度和准确率;目视定置管理减少了药品浪费和差错发生率,提高了药品库房的工作效率和专业度;流程优化管理,不仅保证了临床用药的正常持续供给,而且加快了药品周转,为医院节省了大量的流动资金和管理成本;信息系统改进加强了数据管理,减少人力成本,避免资源浪费。结论:采取主动修正问题、减少资源浪费的管理方法,促进管理效率的提高,减轻了工作人员药品库房管理的工作压力,降低差错率,提高了药学服务水平。Objective: To explore the effect of lean management in pharmacy store, improve the management process of pharmacy store and improve management efficiency. Methods: Summarized the problems encountered in daily work, analyzed the root causes of the problems and introduced the lean management mode to improve the management of pharmacy store. Results: The drug partition was more specific, which improved the speed and accuracy of drug distribution. The visual fixation management reduced the incidence of drug waste and error~, and improved the efficiency and professionalism of pharmacy store. The process optimization management not only guaranteed the normal continuous supply of clinical medicine, but also sped up the drug turnover, which saved a lot of liquidity and management costs for the hospital. Information system improvement strengthened the data management, reduced the manpower cost and avoided the wasting of resources. Conclusion: It can improve the efficiency of management application of lean management mode of pharmacy store management, reduce the wasting of resources and improve the service value.
