摘 要:研究了用碳酸钠溶液从铜锌烟尘中脱除氟氯,考察了碳酸钠质量浓度、温度、浸出时间、液固体积质量比对氟、氯脱除率的影响。试验结果表明:经过两段逆流浸出,在液固体积质量比2.5∶1、温度80℃、浸出时间60min、碳酸钠质量浓度55g/L条件下,氯、氟脱除率分别为98.95%和85.19%,脱除效果较好。Removal of fluorine and chlorine from smoke dust containing zinc and copper by leaching using sodium carbonate solution was researched. The effects of sodium carbonate concentrate, temperature, reaction time, liquid-to-solid ratio on removal of fluorine and chlorine were examined. The results show that by two-stage adverse current leaching, the removal of fluorine and chlorine are 98.5% and 85. 19%, respectively under the Conditions of liquid-to-solid ratio of 2. 5 : 1,, leaching temperature of 85 ℃, leaching time of 60 min and sodium carbonate concentration of 55 g/L, and fluorine and chlorine are removed efficient, and the consumption of sodium carbonate is relatively low.
