摘  要:研究了以电解锰废水为原料、以碳酸钠作碳化剂,制备软磁铁氧体用碳酸锰,考察了温度、反应时间、废水pH及碳酸钠过量系数对锰碳化率的影响。结果表明:常温下,碳酸钠过量系数为1.2、反应时间为40min、废水pH为7.0时,电解废液中锰碳化率达99.97%,所得碳酸锰产品符合HG/T 2836—2011一等品质量标准。Taking electrolytic manganese wastewater as the raw materials, and the sodium carbonate as carbonization agent,the manganese carbonate for soft magnetic ferrite was preparated. The effects of temperature, reaction time, solution pH and excess coefficient of sodium carbonate on the carbonization rate of Mn2+ in the wastewater were studied. The results show that under the conditions of normal temperature,reaction time of 40 min,the pH of 7.0,and the excess coefficient of sodium carbonate of 1.2,the carbonation rate of manganese reaches 99.97% ,and the manganese carbonate products meets with HG/T 2836 2011 grade standard.
