中医五行音乐疗法治疗肝气郁结型特发性耳鸣患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察中医五行音乐疗法治疗肝气郁结型特发性耳鸣患者的临床疗效。方法：将160例符合标准的肝气郁结型特发性耳鸣患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组80例。治疗组以中医五行音乐疗法,对照组以耳鸣掩蔽治疗。比较两组患者治疗4周后耳鸣匹配响度、THI量表评分、耳鸣严重程度以及疗效。结果：治疗4周后耳鸣匹配响度、THI量表评分、耳鸣严重程度以及疗效治疗组均优于对照组。结论：中医五行音乐疗法治疗肝气郁结型特发性耳鸣具有一定优势,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM five elements music therapy in the treatment of liver Qi stagnation type idiopathic tinnitus patients. Methods：160 liver Qi stagnation type idiopathic tinnitus patients were randomly divided into 80 cases in the treatment group and 80 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with TCM five elements music therapy. The control group was treated with tinnitus masking. The tinnitus matching loudness,THI scale score,tinnitus severity and curative effect were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment. Results：After 4 weeks treatment,tinnitus matching loudness,THI scale score,tinnitus severity and curative effect of the treatment group were better than the control group. Conclusion：TCM five elements music therapy in the treatment of liver Qi stagnation type idiopathic tinnitus has certain advantages,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
