四步辨病机,性味明补泻——浅谈脾胃病的辨治规律

摘　　要：脾胃学说是中医学的重要学派之一,是脾胃病临床的核心指导理论。该文概述了脾胃学说的渊源及主要内容,并将其与临床实践相结合,总结了脾胃病临床的辨证思路与方法,归纳了主要治则治法,以及遣方用药规律。提出在辨识病机时通过对病因、病位、病性、病势四个方面进行细化,可以更准确地把握病机;并对中药的性味归经进行分析,提出了相应的用药规律。该文是对脾胃学说在脾胃病临床应用规律的提炼、总结。The theory of spleen and stomach is one of the important schools of Chinese medicine. This article summarizes the origin and main content of the doctrine of spleen and stomach,and combined with clinical practice,it summarizes the spleen and stomach disease clinical dialectical thought and method,summarizes the main therapeutic treatment,and sent the clinical rule. In this paper,the etiology,pathogenicity,disease and disease are detailed in the identification of pathogenesis,which can be used to better grasp the pathogenesis. In this paper,the sexual flavor of traditional Chinese medicine is analyzed and the corresponding drug law is put forward. This paper is to refine and summarize the principles of spleen and stomach in the clinical application of spleen and stomach diseases.
