摘　　要：在全球经济金融深刻变化之背景下,贸易金融格局发生了重大变化,传统贸易金融逐渐萎缩而新型贸易金融迅速兴起。"群链网"三位一体现代贸易金融模式是与这种变化相适应的、以"群""链""网"融合发展的新型专业市场为基础的贸易金融新模式。其由三个层面构成,有既相互独立又联系融合的复杂而顺畅的运行机制,有包括传统贸易金融但又远超传统贸易金融的新特征和新功能,有多重叠加优势和系统功能整合优势,会产生多方面金融效应,能极大地开辟贸易金融发展的新空间、更好地服务于贸易实体经济和有效地解决中小微贸易企业"融资难"问题,代表着未来贸易金融发展的一种趋势。政府和社会各界应充分认识其战略性新兴金融产业的重要性,积极促进其形成和完善。Under the background of profound changes in global economy and finance, trade finance pattern has significant changes, so traditional trade finance gradually shrinks andthe new one rapidly rises. ＂Group chain network＂, the three-in-one mode of modern trade finance, fits in this change, which is the new mode of trade finance with integrative development of ＂group＂, ＂chain＂ and ＂network＂ based on new specialized market. It is composed of three levels, which not only includes complex and smooth operation mechanism with mutual independence and related integration, but also include but outdistance new characteristics and functions of traditional trade finance. It has multiple overlying advantage and integration advantage of system function, and produces various financial effect. It can greatly open up new development space of trade finance, and better serves the real economy of the trade. Moreover, it can effectively solve ＂financing difficulty＂ of medium-sized, small and micro enterprises, and represents a tendency of future development of trade finance. The government and all sectors of society should fully realize its importance in strategic emerging finance industry, and actively promote its formation and perfection.
