摘  要:采用半导体激光熔覆沉积,在传统TC4钛合金表面熔覆沉积Ti40合金。研究了激光熔覆沉积工艺对单道单层沉积层的几何尺寸、成分及显微硬度的影响,优化了激光熔覆沉积工艺。结果表明:随着激光功率的提高以及扫描速率的降低,熔覆层、重熔区以及热影响区尺寸均有所增加;随着送粉率的提高,熔覆层尺寸有所增加,而重熔区、热影响区尺寸均随送粉率的提高先提高而后降低。在各工艺条件下,热影响区硬度均显著高于基体区以及重熔区和熔覆层;激光功率1800~2700 W、扫描速率10 mm/s、送粉率11 g/min以及激光功率2400 W、扫描速率10 mm/s、送粉率8~17g/min时,均获得了成分、硬度分布均匀的重熔区和熔覆层,表明在以上工艺条件下,熔池内对流充分,基材与熔覆Ti40材料充分混合以及合金化。The deposition of Ti40 alloy on the surface of conventional TC4 titanium alloy was carried out by usingsemiconductor laser cladding deposition. The effects of laser cladding deposition process on the geometrical size, compositionand microhardness of single pass-single layer deposited samples were studied. The laser cladding deposition process wasoptimized. The results show that the sizes of clad layer, remelting zone and heat affected zone increase with the increase ofthe laser power and the decrease of the scanning speed. With the increase of the powder feed rate, the size of clad layerincreases, while the sizes of remelting zone and heat affected zone increase at first, and then decrease. Under different processconditions, the hardness of the heat affected zone is significantly higher than that of the substrate and the remelting zone andclad layer. The remelting zone and clad layer with uniform composition and hardness distribution are obtained at laser powerof 1800-2700 W, the scanning speed of 10 mm/s, the powder feed rate of 11 g/min, and the laser power of 2400 W, scanningspeed of 10mm/s and powder feed rate of 10-17 g/rain. It indicates that with the above process conditions, the convection ofthe molten pool is sufficient, and the substrate and clad Ti40 material are fully mixed and alloyed.
