摘 要:研究了加热气氛对弹簧钢50Cr V4脱碳厚度的影响,分析了H_2O、CO_2、O_2的3种气体对弹簧钢50Cr V4脱碳层厚度的影响。以实际生产加热炉中的气氛为基准,采用了6种不同的气氛,分别改变H_2O、CO_2、O_2的摩尔浓度研究这3种气体对50Cr V4脱碳的影响。分析了6种气氛下H_2O、CO_2、O_2摩尔浓度与脱碳层厚度的关系。结论表明:H_2O、O_2的脱碳效果都要比CO_2明显。用数学模型及数据拟合的方法求出了脱碳影响因子,不仅验证了上述观点并且精确地确定了3种气体的脱碳作用强弱,3种气体脱碳影响因子分别为a(CO_2)=0.37,b(O_2)=1.63,c(H_2O)=0.86,其中CO_2的脱碳作用很弱。The effects of heating atmosphere on the thickness of decarburization layer of spring steel 50CrV4 werestudied. The effects of three kinds of gases H20, CO2, 02 on the thickness of decarburization layer were analyzed. Based on thefurnace atmosphere of actual production, using six kinds of atmosphere, the effects of the three gases on the decarburization of50CrV4 were studied by controlling molar concentration of H20, CO2 and 02. The relationship between molar concentration ofH20, CO2, O2 and decarburization thickness under six kinds of atmosphere was analyzed. The results show that thedecarburization effects of H20 and O2 are more obvious than CO〉 The decarburization impact factors were determined by theway of mathematical model and data fitting. The way not only verifies the view above but also determines the strength ofdecarburization effect of three kinds of gases accurately. The decarburization impact factors of three kinds of gases are a(CO2)=0.37, b(O2)=1.63, and c(HO)=0.86, respectively, and the decarburization effect of CO2 is very weak.
