摘  要:将淬回火后的3Cr13不锈钢进行粗磨刃口,用渗氮盐浴复合处理方法对其进行刃口强化。测试了锋利度、耐用度。结果表明:3Cr13不锈钢刃口经过强化后,其强切割猪皮深度是未强化的3Cr13不锈钢的1.68倍,刃口切断猪皮条数是未强化的3Cr13不锈钢刃口的6.5倍。The coarse grinding of blade of 3Crl 3 stainless steel after quenching and tempering was carried out .The bladestrengthening was carried out by nitriding salt bath compound processing method. The sharpness and durability were tested.The results show that after the strengthening of 3Crl 3 stainless steel blade, the cutting edge strengthened pigskin depth is 1.68times higher than that of 3Crl3 stainless steel blade without strengthening. The cutting edge strengthened pigskin number is6.5 times higher than that of 3Cr13 stainless steel without strengthening.
