摘 要:以中碳低合金钢为研究对象,研究了C、Si、Mn含量对中碳低合金钢等温淬火组织和性能的影响。结合彩色金相技术和力学性能测试,探索贝氏体、马氏体含量与性能间的关联性。结果表明:通过改变C、Si、Mn的成分,可获得不同贝氏体和马氏体含量的等温淬火组织。随着C含量的增加,下贝氏体和马氏体含量分别呈降低和增加趋势,而硬度和冲击韧性分别呈增加和降低趋势;随着Si含量的增加,下贝氏体呈降低趋势,马氏体呈波浪式变化,而硬度和冲击韧性均有增加的趋势;随着Mn含量的增加,下贝氏体呈降低趋势,马氏体含量基本无明显变化,而硬度和冲击韧性分别呈增加和降低的趋势。中碳低合金钢中的贝氏体、马氏体含量与性能间具有密切的关联性,下贝氏体体含量的降低和马氏体含量的增加可以提高材料的硬度,但会引起冲击韧性的下降。当C含量为0.5%、Si含量为2.0%、Mn含量为3.0%,即下贝氏体含量为30%左右时,材料具有较好的综合力学性能。Taking medium carbon low alloy steel as research object, the effects of C, Si and M_n content on the isothermalquenching microstmcture and performance of medium carbon low alloy steel were researched. The correlation betweencontent ofbainite and martensite and performance was explored by utilizing the color metallographic technique and mechanicsperformance test. The results show that the isothermal quenching microstructure with different contents of bainite andmartensite can be obtained by changing the component of C, Si and Mn. With the increase of C content, the content of lowerbainite and martensite shows a trend of decrease and increase respectively, but the hardness and impact toughness show atrend of increase and decrease respectively. With the increase of Si content, lower bainite shows a trend of decrease and themartensite shows a wave change, but the hardness and impact toughness show a trend of increase. With the increase of Mncontent, lower bainite shows a trend of decrease and the content of martensite doesn't have no obvious chang basically, butthe hardness and impact toughness show a trend of increase and decrease, respectively. There is a close correlation betweencontent and performance of bainite and martensite in medium carbon low alloy steel. The decrease of lower bainite contentand the increase of martensite content can improve the material' hardness, but it can cause the decrease of impact toughness.When C content is 0.5%, Si content is 2.0% and Mn content is 3.0%, that is, the content of lower bainite is about 30%, thematerial presents a excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.
