摘 要:采用恒流极化、LSV、拉伸实验研究了掺杂不同含量的Ce对低锑铅合金电极电位以及力学性能的影响。并对极化试样的耐腐蚀性进行了分析。结果表明:加入1.0wt%Ce后,Pb-Sb合金的抗拉强度提高33.6%;由于Ce能降低析氧电位,使得Pb-Sb合金的阳极电位有下降。Ce是很好的阳极改性剂,具有较好的工业应用前景。The effects of different Ce additions on the electrode potential and mechanical property of low antimony leadalloy were investigated by constant-current polarization, LSV and tensile testing. The corrosion resistance of the polarizationsamples was analyzed. The results show that after adding 1.0wt% Ce, the tensile strength of Pb-Sb alloy improves by 33.6%.The anode potentials of Pb-Sb alloy decline due to the reduction of oxygen evolution potential by Ce. Ce is a good anodemodifier, which has a good industrial application prospect.
