摘  要:对X70、X80、X90和X100四种高钢级管线钢,在不同温度进行了示波冲击试验。结果表明,随着钢级的升高,载荷-位移曲线中的最大力和不稳定裂纹扩展起始力也相应升高,不稳定裂纹扩展起始位移逐渐变小。过了最大力后,曲线变得越来越陡峭,裂纹扩展地越来越快。冲击试样由只产生稳定裂纹扩展逐渐变为产生稳定和不稳定裂纹扩展,不稳定裂纹扩展与冲击断口中脆性区的大小正相关。For X70, X80, X90 and X100 high grade pipeline steels, the instrumental impact experiments at differenttemperature were carried out. The results show that: as steels grade increasing, the maximum force and initiation force ofunstable crack propagation of force-displacement curves increase correspondingly. The initiation displacement of unstablecrack propagation decreases gradually. After the maximum force, the curves are more and more steep, the crack propagationsare faster and faster. The crack propagations of impact specimens change from only stable cracks to stable and unstable cracks,and the unstable crack propagations are positive correlation with brittle zones in impact fracture.
