摘 要:研究了一种磨球用钢GN-6A在不同加热温度(800~1050℃)和保温时间(30~120 min)下的奥氏体晶粒长大规律。采用直线截点法计算各试样的奥氏体晶粒尺寸,通过Arrhenius公式对奥氏体晶粒尺寸进行拟合,建立GN-6A钢在加热保温过程中的奥氏体晶粒长大模型,并验证模型的准确性。结果表明,随加热温度的升高,GN-6A钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸的长大呈指数趋势,随保温时间增加,呈抛物线趋势长大,900℃为奥氏体晶粒粗化温度,T≥900℃后奥氏体晶粒长大迅速。通过对950℃×45 min、1000℃×150 min、1000℃×180 min模型拟合的晶粒尺寸和试验结果进行比较,吻合度均高于94%,验证了该模型的正确性。The austenite grain growth behavior of GN-6A steel used for grinding balls in the process of heating atdifferent temperatures (800-1050 ℃) for different holding time (30-120 min) was investigated, The austenite grain growthmodel of GN-6A steel was established based on measuring the austenite grain size by straight cut point method and fitting theaustenite grain size by Arrhenius formula, and then, the accuracy of the model was verified. The results indicate that austenitegrain size grows in an exponential law with the increase of heating temperature, and with the holding time prolonging, thetrend of austenite grain growing is in a parabolic law. The austenite grain coarsening temperature is 900 ℃, and the austenitegrain size grows rapidly after 900 ℃. Compared the grain size fitting by 950℃ x45 min, 1000 ℃ x 150 min, 1000 ℃ x 180 minmodel with experiment results, the alignment is all higher than 94%, which have verified the correctness of the model.
