摘 要:通过向Zn-8Al添加Si元素,采用热压复合工艺制备碳纤维层合板。采用SEM和EDS分析层合板微观组织结构、碳纤维分布及断口形貌。结果表明,层合板抗拉强度相比5052板提高36.2%,相较于Zn-8Al作连接剂的层合板,提高了20.5%。Si元素对层合板拉伸性能改善明显。By adding Si element into Zn-8AI alloy, carbon fiber laminate was fabricated by hot pressing compoundprocess. The microstructure, the distribution of carbon fibers and fracture morphology of the laminate were analyzed by SEMand EDS. The results show that compared with 5052 plate, the tensile strength of the laminate increases by 36.2% andcompared with Zn-8AI as binder, the tensile strength increases by 20.5%. Si element can significantly improve the tensileproperties of the laminate.
