摘 要:在GH586表面通过粉末包埋渗法制备了Y-Cr-Al涂层。通过改变Y_2O_3含量来探究Y_2O_3对涂层组织和性能的影响,并进行了涂层的氧化试验。随后利用XRD、SEM和EDS对试样氧化前后的相组成、涂层形貌和氧化层形貌进行分析。结果表明:Y_2O_3含量对Al-Cr共渗具有催渗效果,有利于形成致密连续的涂层,且在Y_2O_3含量为2%时,能得到厚度和相组成较为理想的涂层。包埋渗粉末中加入Y_2O_3能使得涂层抗高温氧化性能提高,Y_2O_3含量为2%时,涂层具有最佳的抗高温氧化性能,表面由细小致密的α-Al2O3颗粒组成,但Y_2O_3含量为3%时,抗高温氧化性能有所下降。Y-Cr-A1 coatings with different Y203 contents on GH586 surface were prepared by pack cementation method. The effects of Y203 on microstructure and properties of the coating were explored by changing Y203 content. The oxidation tests of the coated specimens were conducted. The phase composition, coating morphology and oxidation layer morphology of the specimen before and after oxidation were analyzed by XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that Y203 content in the pack has a catalytic cementation effect on A1-Cr, which is beneficial for the forming of continuous and compact coating. When Y203 content is 2%, the coating with ideal thickness and phase composition can be obtained. The high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating with Y203 content in the pack improves, and when Y203 content is 2%, the coating has the best high temperature oxidation resistance, and the oxide scale is composed of fine and compact 0a-A1203 particles. But when the Y203 content is 3%, the high temperature oxidation resistance presents a little decrease.
