摘  要:对5 mm厚的2219-O态铝合金板进行先超声辅助搅拌摩擦焊(UAFSW)后固溶和先固溶后超声搅拌摩擦焊的对比试验。结果表明,先UAFSW后固溶得到的焊缝宏观洋葱环形貌消失,焊核区和热机影响区的分界限变得不再清晰,焊核区晶粒粗化严重,力学性能出现明显的下降。与先固溶后UAFSW的接头拉伸性能(抗拉强度271.22 MPa,伸长率8.15%)相比,先UAFSW后固溶的接头拉伸性能明显降低,强度为193.71 MPa,只有2219-O铝合金固溶后母材强度的60.46%,伸长率仅为2.83%。通过拉伸断口电镜形貌可以看出,先固溶后UAFSW接头的断口韧窝更大更深,撕裂棱更多,其韧性明显好于先UAFSW后固溶的接头。The comparison tests of 2219-0 aluminum alloy plate with thickness of 5 mm under the processes of first ultrasonic assisted friction stir welding (UAFSW) then solution and first solution then UASW were carried out. The results show that the macroscopic onion ring morphology of the weld obtained by first UAFSW then solution disappears, the boundary between the weld nugget zone and thermal mechanical affected zone becomes no longer clear, the grain coarsening of weld nugget zone is serious and the mechanical properties obviously decrease. Compared with the tensile properties of the joint with tensile strength of 271.22 MPa and elongation of 8.15% obtained by first solution then UAFSW, the tensile properties of welded joint obtained by first UAFSW then solution obviously decrease, and the tensile strength is 193.71 MPa, which is 60.46% of that of 2219-O aluminum alloy base metal in solution state, and the elongation is only 2.83%. It can be seen through tensile fracture SEM morphologies that the fracture of the joint obtained by first solution then UAFSW has bigger and deeper dimples, more tearing edges, and the toughness is significantly better than that of the joint obtained by first UAFSW then Solution.
