摘 要:基于连续性方程、动量方程、能量方程和VOF模型建立了平面流铸法制备非晶带材过程中的流动、传热和凝固模型,研究了非晶熔潭周围的气流边界层对非晶熔体流动、热量传递和凝固行为的影响。结果表明:气流边界层在熔潭形成过程中的不同时刻均会对熔潭行为产生影响。在距离辊面0.1 mm区域,气流冲击熔潭上弯月面的非晶熔体,并在下弯月面的熔潭侧部形成漩涡,影响非晶带材边部的等温线分布,降低非晶带材的边部质量。The model of flow, heat transfer and solidification in the process of preparing amorphous strip by planar flow casting was established based on the continuity equation, momentum equation, energy equation and VOF model, and the influence of airflow boundary layer around the amorphous molten pool on the flow, heat transfer and solidification of amorphous melt was studied. The results show that the airflow boundary layer affects the puddle behavior at different periods in the process of puddle formation. In the region of 0.1 mm distance above the roller surface, the airflow impacts the amorphous melt of upstream meniscus and it forms vortex at the side of molten pool of downstream meniscus, which influences the isotherm distribution at the edge of amorphous strip and reduces the edge quality of amorphous strip.
