摘  要:选用铝矾土和石墨为耐火骨料,硅溶胶和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为复合粘结剂,钠基膨润土和羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为复合悬浮剂,配置了铸铁消失模铸造涂料,并进行了涂料的各项性能测试。在确定耐火骨料(铝矾土和石墨)配比的基础上,通过正交试验确定了涂料中硅溶胶、PVA、钠基膨润土、CMC的最佳配比,并进行了生产验证。结果表明,以铝矾土90%,石墨10%为耐火骨料,4%硅溶胶、3%PVA、4%钠基膨润土、3%CMC的涂料的综合性能最好,能够满足铸铁消失模铸造的要求。Taking bauxite and graphite as refractory aggregate, silica sol and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as composite agglomerant, sodium bentonite and earboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as composite suspending agent, the coatings for east iron lost foam casting were configured, and the properties of the coatings were tested. Based on the determination of refractory aggregate propotion of bauxite and graphite, the optimal propotion of silica sol, PVA, sodium bentonite and CMC in the coating was determined, and the production verification was carried out. The results show that taking 90% bauxite and 10% graphite as refractory aggregate, the comprehesive properties of the coating with 4% silica sol, 3% PVA, 5% sodium bentonite, 4% CMC is the best, which can meet the requirement of cast iron lost foam casting.
