摘 要:采用不同工艺参数对HT100-Cr-Ti新型铸铁进行了半固态铸造,并测试与分析了新型铸铁的晶粒尺寸、圆整度、抗拉强度和硬度。结果表明:在试验条件下,随浇注温度从1400℃上升至1480℃,挤压比压从35 MPa上升至57.5MPa,挤压速度从100 mm/min上升至250 mm/min,铸铁的晶粒尺寸先细化后粗化,圆整程度先增强后减弱,抗拉强度和硬度均先提高后下降。半固态铸造的浇注温度、挤压比压和挤压速度分别优选为1460℃、50 MPa和200 mm/min。Semi-solid casting of HT100-Cr-Ti new type cast iron was carried out by using different technological parameters. The grain size, roundness, tensile strength and hardness of the new type cast iron were tested and analyzed. The results show that under test conditions, the grain sizes of cast iron firstly refine and then coarsen, and the degree of roundness increases firstly and then decreases, and both of the tensile strength and hardness increase firstly and then decrease with pouring temperature increasing from 1400 ℃ to 1480 ℃, extrusion specific pressure increasing from 35 MPa to 57.5 MPa or extrusion speed increasing from 100 ram/rain to 250 mm/min. The pouring temperature, extrusion specific pressure and extrusion speed of semi-solid casting are preferably 1460 ℃, 50 MPa and 200 mm/min, respectively.
