摘 要:使用电流辅助的瞬时液相扩散连接方法对Si Cp/Al材料与Al-Li合金的异种材料连接技术进行了研究,主要探究不同成分的中间层对扩散连接接头质量的影响。结果表明,只用纯铜粉作为中间层,难以实现Si C_p/Al材料与Al-Li合金的有效连接;采用质量比为2:1的Al、Cu混合粉材当中间层,可以实现这两种材料的有效连接,且连接接头组织均匀,其剪切强度可达73 MPa;在Al、Cu混合粉材中加入15 wt%的Ti粉后,Ti颗粒会在中间层中起到增强相的作用,可以对接头起到良好的强化效果,接头的剪切强度可以提高到158 MPa。The dissimilar material connection technology of SiC0/AI material and Al-Li alloy was studied by using the method of current-assisted transient liquid phase bonding, and the influence of the interlayer with different components on the quality of the bonded joint was mainly discussed. The results show that it is difficult to achieve the effective connection of SiCp/Al and Al-Li alloy with pure copper powder as the intermediate layer. Effective connection of the two materials can be achieved by using the Al-Cu mixed powder with mass ratio of 2 : 1 as the interlayer, and the joint structure is uniform and the shear strength can reach 73 MPa. Adding 15wt % Ti powder to the Al-Cu mixed powder, the Ti particles play a role of reinforcing phase in the interlayer, which play good strengthening effect on the joint, and the shear strength of the joint can be increased to 158 MPa.
