摘 要:使用有限元软件ANSYS建立了2219铝合金搅拌摩擦焊有限元模型,得到不同搅拌头轴肩尺寸的搅拌区峰值温度变化曲线,筛选出搅拌区峰值温度分别为熔点70%、80%、90%对应的搅拌头轴肩尺寸。以这些尺寸制作搅拌头,进行了焊接试验,并对焊接接头进行了拉伸试验和显微硬度试验。结果表明,使用轴肩直径为12 mm的搅拌头进行焊接时,其搅拌区峰值温度达到熔点的80%,得到的焊缝表面平整,无飞边毛刺;焊缝截面无未焊透、孔洞、隧道等缺陷;接头抗拉强度最高,为333.9 MPa,达到母材抗拉强度的82.5%。The finite element model of 2219 aluminum alloy friction stir welding was established by using the finite element soltware ANSYS. The curves of peak temperature of stirring zone with different sizes of stirring head shouder were obtained, and the sizes of stirring head shoulder corresponding to that the peak temperature of stirring zone were 70%, 80% and 90% of the melting point respectively were determined. The stirring heads were made according to the sizes and the welding experiments were carried out; the tensile test and microhardness test of the welded joints were carried out. The results show that when the stirring head with shoulder diameter of 12 rnm is used for welding, the peak temperature of stirring zone reaches 80% of the melting point, and the weld surface is smooth without burr and the joint section has no defects of weld penetration, hole, tunnel and so on. The tensile strength of the joint is maximum, which reaches 333.9 MPa and about 82.5% of that of the base metal.
