摘 要:在间隙宽度4 mm、深度15 mm的Q235A板I型坡口中,板背部加陶瓷衬垫以支撑焊缝背部成型,采用焊剂片链约束电弧的方法进行了超窄间隙根焊试验。结果表明,在焊剂片链约束电弧超窄间隙根焊中,焊接速度影响热输入量和金属熔敷量,进而影响根焊缝的整体成形;焊接电压决定焊剂片的烧损尺寸,主要影响根焊缝的侧壁熔合;焊接电流主要影响根焊缝的背部成形。合理的焊剂片链约束电弧超窄间隙根焊的工艺参数范围为焊接速度8 mm/s,焊接电压21.3~23.7 V,焊接电流182~202 A。在该焊接工艺参数下根焊缝背部成形良好,侧壁有效熔合,实现了单面焊双面成形。In I type groove of Q235A plate with gap width of 4 mm and depth 15 mm, with place ceramic gasket at the plates' back to support the weld back forming, the the ultra-narrow gap root welding was carded out by using flux film chain constrained arc method. The results show that during the flux film chain constrained arc ultra - narrow gap root welding, the welding speed effects the heat input and the amount of deposited metal, thus effects the overall forming of root weld, the welding voltage determines the size of the flux film's burn out, and mainly effects the sidewall fusion of root weld, and the welding current mainly effects the back forming of root weld. The reasonable matching range of flux film chain constrained arc ultra-narrow gap root welding parameters are welding speed of 8 mm/s, welding voltage of 21.3-23.7 V and welding current of 182-202 A. Under the welding parameters, the back of the root weld is well formed, the side wall is effectively fused, and the single-side welding double sided forming is realized.
