摘 要:研究了U-Mo/Zr弥散燃料板界面结合缺陷的形成及演变。结果表明,燃料板界面缺陷类型主要有分层和开裂,分层缺陷是由于芯块粘接剂残留分解的C和O与界面杂质Fe和基体Zr形成的脆性分层状氧化物或碳化物,或者界面板包壳和芯块碎屑冶金缺陷;开裂缺陷是由于冷轧过程部分界面结合薄弱点不同步变形而受轧制剪切力撕裂所致。热轧后燃料板结合界面产生少量分层缺陷,是界面缺陷产生的起始点,冷轧使分层缺陷扩大,并产生开裂界面。Formation and evolution of interracial bonding defects in U-Mo/Zr dispersion fuel plate were studied. The results show that of interface defect types fuel plate are mainly layering and cracking. The layering defects are caused by brittle layered oxides or carbides formed by decomposed C and O of the core block adhesive residue with interface impurities Fe and matrix Zr, or defects of interface plate's cladding and core block fragment metallurgical defects of; the cracking defects are caused by the shearing force of the rolling shear due to non-synchronous deformation of weak points of local interface bonding in the cold rolling process. A small number of layering defects occur at the interface of the fuel plate after hot rolling, which are the starting point of the interface defects. Cold rolling expands layering defects, and cracking interface is formed.
