中国装备制造业产能利用率测度及影响因素分析

摘　　要：文章使用生产函数法测算了中国装备制造业七大类行业2001—2014年的产能利用率,并采用可行的广义最小二乘法（FGLS）考察了影响装备制造业产能利用率变化的原因。重点分析了2008年以来该行业产能利用率逐渐降低的原因,最后提出了化解现阶段装备制造业内部过剩产能的相关措施与途径。This paper makes use of the method of production function to measure the capacity utilization rate of equipment manufacturing including seven industries of China from 2001 to 2014, and uses feasible generalized least squares method （FGLS） to investigate the factors affecting the change of capacity utilization rate of equipment manufacturing industry. And then the paper focuses on the reasons for the gradual decline in capacity utilization of this industry since 2008, and finally puts forward some measures and ways to resolve the excess capacity of equipment manufacturing industry.
