摘 要:目的:观察微等离子体射频治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效及安全性。方法:采用微等离子体射频治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕40例。每2个月治疗1次,共5次,分别于末次治疗结束后第1、3、6个月随访观察临床疗效及不良反应。通过分析治疗前、后的数码照片、VISIA皮肤图像评估疗效。结果:所有患者痤疮瘢痕均有不同程度的改善,痤疮瘢痕权重评分(伢chelle devaluation clinique descicatrices dacn伢,ECCA)均有下降(P<0.05);治疗后患者斑点、毛孔、皮肤纹理、紫外线色斑、红色区、紫质减少(P<0.05),皱纹、棕色斑无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗时的主要不良反应是疼痛,平均疼痛评分为6.15分;治疗后会出现一过性红肿、渗出、结痂,平均红斑持续时间为6.58 d,平均结痂持续时间为5.3 d。结论:微等离子体射频是一种安全、有效的治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的方法。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of micro-plasma radiofrequency for facial atrophic acne Mars. Methods: Forty patients with atrophic acne scars on face were treated with micro-plasma radiofrequency once every 2 months for five times. Clinical efficacy and adverse events were evaluated and analyzed with photographs and VISIA complexion analysis system at the 1, 3, 6 months after the last treatment. Results: All patients showed improvements in acne scars and reduction in the echelle devaluation clinique deseicatrices dacne scores (P〈 0.05 ). After treatment, all patients showed dramatic improve- ments in spots, texture, pores, UV spots, erythema areas and porphyrins (P 〈 0.05 ). Treatments did not change wrinkles and brown spots dramatically( P〉0.05 ). The major adverse reaction was pain during the treatment. The average pain score was 6.15. Side effects included swelling, erythema, exudation and scabs. The average duration times of erythema and scabs were 6.58 d and 5.3 d, respoctively. Conclusion: Micro-plasma radiofrequency is an effective and safe method for atrophic ache scars.
