摘  要:通过木质素与亚硫酸钠的化合反应得到磺化木质素。将其与聚羧酸减水剂(PC)双掺入含蒙脱土的水泥净浆中,观察净浆流动度的变化。采用X射线衍射仪,总有机碳测定仪和zeta电位仪等研究磺化木质素抑制蒙脱土吸附聚羧酸减水剂的作用机理。结果表明:磺化木质素可有效降低蒙脱土对水泥浆体流动性能的危害。磺化木质素分子链包裹水泥体系中的蒙脱土颗粒,将其铝硅层间距由1.42 nm压缩至1.23 nm,导致聚氧化乙烯侧链没有足够的空间嵌入,从而抑制了蒙脱土对PC的吸附,提高了聚羧酸减水剂对黏土的耐抗性。A conventional sulfonated lignin(SL) was synthesized with lignin and sodium sulfite. The effect of SL on the fluidity of cement paste mixed with polycarboxylate and montmorillonite was investigated. The mechanistic exploration of SL restrain the adsorption of polycarboxylate on montmorillonite were taken by X-ray diffraction, zeta-potential measurement and total organic carbon analysis. The results show that SL can effectively reduce the adverse influence of montmorillonite on the fluidity of cement paste. In cement, the molecular chains of SL surround montmorillonite particles and reduce the space between alumosilicate layers from 1.42 nm to 1.23 nm, leading to the insufficient space for polyethylene oxide side chain to embed into momtmorillonite layers, repress the adsorption of polycarboxylate on montmorillonite and greatly enhance the robustness of polycarboxylate toward clay.
