摘  要:无底柱分段崩落法低贫化放矿工艺技术多年来一直是矿业界研究的重要课题。通过实验室模拟放矿研究,结合镜铁山矿V矿体低贫化放矿工业试验研究,形成低贫化放矿工艺技术标准,试验综合回采率指标达到了85.67%,贫化率达到8%左右;探索总结了截止品位向低贫化放矿方式转换的工艺技术,在桦树沟全矿区推广应用后,取得了显著的经济效益。The low-dilution ore drawing technology of pillarless sublevel caving method has been an important subject in the mining industry for many years. Through laboratory simulation experiment on ore-drawing, and combining with low-dilution ore-drawing industrial tests on V-shape orebody in Jingtieshan Mine, the technological standard for the low dilution ore drawing is formed with comprehensive recovery rate of 85.67% , and dilution rate of about 8%. The ore drawing conversion technology from the cut-off grade to low dilution was explored, which was applied in Huashugou mining area with remarkable economic benefits obtained.
