摘　　要：结合神华国华锦界能源有限责任公司已经改造的四台亚临界直接空冷机组DCS控制系统(4×600MW),分析了改造前后的DCS控制系统网络、硬件结构及DCS工作方式,介绍了升级前后DCS控制系统的原理及特点,并针对神华国华锦能改造过程中遇到的问题及解决方案进行简述。从目前设备运行情况来看,此次国产DCS升级改造工作取得良好效果,改造后DCS系统稳定性、可靠性得到有效提高,人机界面更加友好。Based on the four sets of subcritical direct air-cooled unit DCS control system of Guohua Jinjie energy limited liability company （4 × 600MW）, this paper makes a thorough analysis about the DCS control system, the hardware structure and the working mode of DCS before and after the transformation. Besides, this paper summarizes the characteristics and the principle of DCS control system before and after the upgrade, and makes a brief introduction of the problems encountered in the transformation process and its solutions. From the current operation of the equipment, the domestic DCS upgrading has achieved good results. After transformation, the stability and reliability of the DCS system has been effectively improved, and the human-machine interface is more friendly.
