摘　　要：目的探讨应用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣逆行修复足部皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法 2013年1月-2016年11月应用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣逆行修复中足及足跟部损伤伴皮肤缺损25例。创面大小2.0 cm×2.0 cm^3.5 cm×5.0 cm,皮瓣大小2.5 cm×3.5 cm^4.5 cm×5.5 cm。结果 25例皮瓣均顺利成活,无明显肿胀、瘀血等现象。经6~18个月随访,平均12个月,足部外形及功能良好,感觉部分恢复。结论应用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣逆行修复中足及足跟部皮肤缺损,皮瓣成活率高,外形美观,是一种较理想的治疗方法。A Objective To discuss the effects of operative treatment of open mid-foot and heel fracture with soft tissue defect. Methods Twenty-five cases of mid-foot and heel fracture with soft tissue defect were treated in our department. Wound size was 2.0 cm×2.0 cm^3.5 cm×5 cm, flap size was 3.5 cm×2.5 cm×4.5 cm×5.5 cm, the flap was shaped like a kite. Results All the flaps survived without swelling and venous crisis. After 6 to 18 months＂ follow-up, with an average of 12 months, the shape and function of the foot were good, feeling was partialy recovered. Conclusion Application of sural neurocutaneous vascular flap for repairing skin defect of open mid-foot and heel fracture, the survival rate is high, beautiful appearance can be obtained, is an ideal treatment method.
