摘　　要：目的探讨髂腹股沟区真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手部创面的临床疗效。方法 2002年8月-2016年2月采用髂腹股沟区真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手部创面187例。皮瓣切取面积:2 cm×3 cm^8 cm×20 cm。急诊修复124例,择期手术63例。结果 187块皮瓣中,术后11块(11/187,占5.9%)发生感染;8块(8/187,占4.3%)发生部分坏死;13块(13/187,占7.0%)因皮瓣臃肿需再次手术修整;1块(1/187,占0.0 5%)术后撕脱,重新给予缝合后成活。患者对修复后的手部外形满意,暂时性的指间关节僵硬经过一段时间的功能练习后,均恢复正常。结论髂腹股沟区真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手部创面手术安全简单,并发症少。如果适应证选择恰当,仍不失为覆盖手部创面的一种理想选择。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of ilioinguinal subdermal vascular network skin flap to repair the wound surface of hand. Methods From August 2002 to February 2016, 187 cases ilioinguinal subdermal vascular network skin flaps were transplanted to repair the wound surface of hands. The size of flaps ranged from 3 cm×2 cm to 20 cm×8 cm. 124 flaps were used to repair the wound of emergency. Other 63 flaps were used in selective surgeries. Results The total infection rate was 5.9% （11/187）. The flap edge necrosis developed in 8 of 187 cases （4.3%）. Plastic surgery was carried out in 13 flaps. One flap avulsed and underwent secondary repair. The repaired hand shape was satisfactory. Temporary joints stiffness of the hands recovered completely. Conclusion The ilioinguinal subdermal vascular network skin flap can be used to repair the wound surface of hand. The method is safe, effective and less complicated, if it is chosen properly.
