应用游离趾腓侧皮瓣再造指腹15例

摘　　要：目的探讨趾腓侧皮瓣修复指腹缺损的临床疗效。方法 2010年1月-2013年3月,对15例指腹缺损的患者行游离趾腓侧皮瓣修复。结果 15例皮瓣全部成活,并获3~12个月随访,平均8.4个月。移植指腹无明显瘢痕,外观饱满、耐磨,有指纹,两点辨别觉在9~12 mm,手指功能恢复良好。结论 趾腓侧皮瓣修复后的手指指腹外形与正常手指腹相似,有良好的感觉功能,并可恢复精细功能,是修复指腹缺损的最佳方法。Objective To observe and study clinical effect of fibular flap of big toe transplantation to reconstruct the finger pulp. Methods From January 2010 to March 2013, we reconstruct 15 finger pulps with free fibular flaps of the big toe. Results Fifteen flaps survived completely and fully followed up for 3~12 months, with an average of 8.4 months. There were no obvious scars in the reconstructive finger pulps. And the reconstructive finger pulps all had good appearance, texture, the two point discrimination was 9-12 mm, and finger function recovered well. Conclusion The shape of finger pulp after reconstucting with free fibular flap of the big toe has the similar appearence to the normal finger pulp, and good sensory function, is the best way to reconstruct the finger pulp defects.
