摘　　要：目的探讨带感觉神经的拇指固有动脉穿支皮瓣的临床应用效果。方法 2016年1月-2017年3月,对30例拇指末节软组织缺损患者行带感觉神经的拇指固有动脉穿支皮瓣转移修复。结果术后随访1~3个月,平均2个月,30例皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣质地优良,感觉功能恢复良好,外形及手指功能恢复满意。按中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定标准:优22指,良6指,中2指,差0指,优良率93%。结论带感觉神经的拇指固有动脉穿支皮瓣修复拇指远端缺损,其成活率高、皮瓣质量好、患指功能恢复满意,是修复拇指远端缺损的良好方法,具有较好的临床应用前景,值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the thumb digital proper artery perforator flap with sensory nerve. Methods Between January 2016 and June 2017 March, 30 cases of thumb tip skin tissue defect were treated through the method of thumb digital proper artery perforator flap with sensory nerve. Results The cases were followed up for 1-3 months respectively after the operations, with an average of 2 months. All the 30 cases were proved successful, the transplanted skin flaps survived, with normally-looking skin surface and part of sensory functions restored. The thumb shape and functions were restored to a satisfactory level, according to the Evaluation Criteria for Hand Functions stipulated by Chinese Medical Association： 22 cases were evaluated as Excellent, 6 cases Good, 2 case Acceptable. The excellent rate reached 93%. Conclusion The method of thumb digital proper artery perforator flap with sensory nerve is proved an effective way to repair thumb tip skin tissue defect. The survival rate and the quality, functions of transplanted skin flaps reach to the satisfactory level. This repair method has a promising clinical prospect, deserve to be popularized.
