三联疗法治疗下尺桡关节慢性不稳的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨三联疗法治疗下尺桡关节慢性不稳的手术方法及临床效果。方法 2008年6月-2015年5月,对32例慢性下尺桡关节不稳患者采用三联疗法治疗。结果所有患者均获得随访,随访时间12~43个月,平均33.5个月,采用腕关节Green-O'Brien功能评定方法进行评定:优29例,良3例。结论三联疗法治疗下尺桡关节慢性不稳,恢复下尺桡关节稳定性,明显改善腕关节功能,手术创伤小,方法简单,预后理想,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the method and effect of triple therapy for the treatment of chronic instability of the inferior ulnoradial joint. Methods Thirty-two cases of chronic lower ulnoradial joint instability. The stability of the inferior ulnoradial joint with the combined system of anatomical reconstruction combined with wrist arthroscope for the rehabilitation of the inferior ulnoradial joint. Results All patients were followed up for 12~43 months, with an average of 33.5 months. Evaluation of wrist Green-O＇Brien joint function：14 cases were excellent and 2 were good. Conclusion Triple therapy for chronic instability of the lower radioulnar joint can restore the stability of the lower radioulnar joint, improve wrist function obviously, with less operative trauma, simple method and ideal prognosis, and is worthy of clinical popularization.
