城乡一体化背景下经济欠发达地区美好乡村建设对策探析

摘　　要：在介绍经济欠发达地区实施美好乡村建设工程意义的基础上,分析了经济欠发达地区美好乡村建设中存在的问题。采用横向对比方法,在借鉴国外发达国家美好乡村建设经验的基础上,提出了经济欠发达地区建设美好乡村的对策建议:制定完善的政策支持体系;积极推进美好乡村建设宣传工作;科学规划、合理实施;积极完善农村基础设施建设;高标准推进美好乡村建设工程。After the introduction of the significance of ＂the beautiful countryside＂project in underdeveloped areas,the paper analyzes the existing problems the project is faced with.With the reference of the oversea experience of building the beautiful countryside,the paper puts forth some strategies as follows：to make a sound system of policy support; to promote the publicity of the project; to implement the project based on scientific planning; to improve the infrastructure construction in the countryside; to adopt high standard in carrying forward ＂the beautiful countryside＂project.
