高校科研道德不端行为产生机制及对策研究——基于新制度经济学视角分析

摘　　要：论文首先对当前高校存在的主要科研道德不端行为进行简要归纳;然后基于新制度经济学视角,从交易费用、逆向选择、道德风险、权益确定和利益冲突等方面对科研道德不端行为产生机制进行分析;最后,综合制度经济学视角下的机制研究,论文从外在制度监管创新和内在自我道德约束两个方面为高校教师科研道德底线的坚守提出具体建议与对策。Firstly,the paper outlines the main research misconducts in current universities,and then analyzes the generation mechanism in the aspects of transaction cost,adverse selection,moral hazard,property right determination and conflict of interest in the perspective of Neoinstitutional Economics.Lastly,integrating the mechanism analysis of Institutional Economics,the paper presents suggestions and strategies for university researchers to keep the academic ethical standard from institutional innovations in external supervising and internal self-constraint in morality.
