摘  要:目的探讨提升护理人员满意度的方法。方法选取本院泌尿外科22名护理人员为研究对象,自2015年9月~2016年11月分3次对满意度调查进行分析,总结并分析引起满意度低的4项问题。结果 2015年9月护理人员平均满意度为86.9%未达标,2016年5月护理人员满意度提升到90.1%已达标,2016年11月护理人员满意度91.6%,在全院34个护理单排名第4,22名护理人员满意度均提高。结论定期调查护理人员满意度,及时整改存在的问题,能有效提高护理人员满意度。Objective To explore ways to improve the satisfaction of nursing staff. Methods Twenty - two nurses were selected as the sub- jects in department of urology of the People's Hospital of Deyang City. From September 2015 to November 2016, 3 satisfaction surveys were conducted. Four problems resulted in low satisfaction degree were detected and improved to increase nurses satisfaction. Result In Septem- ber 2015, the average satisfaction of nurses was 86.9% , which did not reach the standard. In May 2016 and November 2016, the nurses'sat- isfaction increased to 90.1% and 91.6% respectively. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion It can effectively improve the degree of satisfaction of nurses by investigating nurse satisfaction regularly and correcting problems timely.
