基于SOP的新生儿科保洁管理实践与成效

摘　　要：目的建立并规范新生儿科保洁管理标准作业程序(SOP)流程,提高保洁工作的系统性、规范性、科学性。方法通过对新生儿科保洁工作制定与实施SOP操作流程后的回顾性研究。收集SOP实施前后1年保洁服务质量并对保洁服务的满意度进行分析比较。结果 SOP的有效实施后,提高了保洁工作效能,提升了对保洁服务的满意度,确保了医疗安全。结论 SOP操作规程对提高新生儿科保洁管理水平和整体工作效率,减少医院感染的发生,保证患儿安全具有重要的作用和意义,值得临床推广与运用。Objective To establish and standardize the standard operation procedure（SOP） of clean-keeping in neonatal department, mak- ing clean-keeping more systematic, standardized and scientific. Methods After the Establishment and implementation of standard operation procedure of clean-keeping in neonatal department, a retrospective study was employed by analyzing quality of cleaning service and the de- gree of satisfaction from medical staff with clean - keeping before and after the implementation of SOP. Results With effective implementa- tion, the SOP dose improves the work efficiency, increase Medical staff＇s degree of satisfaction with clean-keeping and ensure the medical safety to some extent. Conclusions The SOP plays an important significant role in improving and reducing the occurrence of hospital infec- tion, ensuring the safety of children, which is worth applying in clinic.
