摘　　要：为实现露点测量设备的高效校验,在分流法原理基础上设计了一套基于LabVIEW的露点校验系统,本系统通过发生较为精准的露点并采集送检设备的露点测量信息,实现送检设备的准确性校验。本系统基于Lab VIEW软件平台设计实现露点校准系统的上位机功能,包括露点控制、协议设定、数据记录等;由下位机实现流量控制、信号采集反馈以及数据传输等功能。该系统已应用于实际露点测量设备的校验,结果表明可发生露点范围-70℃~20℃,精度优于0.15℃。To test dew-point measurement equipmentefficiently,on the basis of Divided Flow and combining the LabVIEW software,this paper works on designing a calibration system of Dew point. It occurs precise dew point and collects the measurement information of inspection device to check the accuracy of the inspection equipment. The system is based on Lab VIEW,including dew point control,setting the protocol and recording data. The lower machine controls the flow rate,signal acquisition and data transfer. The system has been applied to check the actual dew point measuring device,the results show a dew point range-70 ℃ ~ 20 ℃,stability is better than ±0.05 ℃.
