摘 要:通过富集优良池塘水体中的芽孢杆菌和好氧反硝化细菌,富集培养茵液(菌液浓度大于1×10^9cfu/mL)混合池塘泥水,按照料水比1:0.6—1加入到固体培养料中,进行固体发酵培养2—3d,培植芽孢杆菌和好氧反硝化细菌等土著菌群,制成池塘微型生物养护剂(护料),在模拟养殖水体中,添加护料和富集培养菌液,4d可有效降低氨氮水平(〈0.1mg/L)。在海南文昌、广东中山、河南洛阳、江苏盐城等地池塘使用护料,可优化养殖池塘的微型生物多样性,降低水体氨氮指标,并保持低水平值,维持池塘养殖水体稳定,减少了病害发生,降低了水产品损失。Through the enrichment of excellent pond water in Bacillus and aerobic denitrifying bacteria, enrichment bacteria (bacteria concentration greater than 1 × 10^9 cfu/mt) mixed pond water, in accordance with the ratio of material to water 1:0.6-1 into solid culture material, solid fermentation 2-3D, cultivation of useful indigenous bacteria Bacillus and aerobic denitrifying bacteria groups, made of micro biological pond curing agent (Protective material ).
