沟道截面形状对μDMFC气液输运的影响

摘  要:设计矩形、三角形、半圆形、梯形和倒梯形截面形状的相同水力直径沟道,基于流体体积方法进行微型直接甲醇燃料电池(μDMFC)阳极流场沟道内气液输运数值模拟,研究截面形状对流场板沟道内含气率和压降特性的影响。单层流场板沟道中,矩形截面沟道的含气率稳定在0.55且平均压降为750 Pa,与其他截面形状沟道相比,含气率适中且平均压降最小,适合作为优选方案;在相同截面形状下,双层流场板沟道中含气率比单层流场板沟道的含气率低约50%,平均压降也更低,其中三角形截面沟道内的含气率最低(小于0.2)且平均压降最小(不足200 Pa),可作为优选的截面形状。To study the effects of cross-section shape containing gas rate and pressure drop characteristics on the flow field plates, by keeping the same hydraulic diameter, the rectangle, triangle, hemicycle, trapezoid and inverted trapezoid cross-section channel were designed, respectively, the micro direct methanol fuel cell(μDMFC) anode channel of gas-liquid two-phase flow based on the volume of fluid(VOF) method was simulated. For the rectangle cross-section channel in the single flow field plate, the gas rate was stable at 0. 55, the average value of pressure drop was 750 Pa which was minimum thus suitable for optimization. In the Case of the same cross-section, for the double flow field plate, the gas rate was about 50% lower than that of the single flow field plate and the average value of pressure drop was also lower, while the gas rate was the lowest ( less than 0. 2), the average value of pressure drop was minimum (less than 200 Pa) for the triangle cross-section shape channel which could be used as the optimized shape.
