摘 要:描述不同废旧锂离子电池回收工艺,分析各工艺的优缺点,如:物理分选法对环境的危害小,但产物纯度不高;湿法冶金法能够较好地回收电池中的各种材料,但废水处理较为麻烦,工艺流程复杂。指出目前锂离子电池回收工艺主要存在流程复杂、回收物质不全、回收金属纯度不高及回收过程中产生的废弃物难处理等问题。The recovery process of different spent H-ion batteries was described, and the advantages and disadvantages of each technology were analyzed. (The physical separation process had little harm to the environment, but the purity of products was not enough. Using the hydrometallurgy process, most of the materials existed in the spent batteries could be recycled. But the problem of waste water and gas would be a huge problem, for instance. ) The problems existed in the current technology were difficult to deal with, such as complicated process, insufficiency recycling materials, impurity recovery metals, waste produced was difficult to deal with during the process, which were proposed through the description of different flow sheets.
