摘　　要：铝合金直流正接活性TIG焊是一种新型焊接技术。采用该技术焊接铝合金2219-T87时,以较小电流就能得到表面成形良好、无气孔缺陷的焊缝。添加的无氧化性活性剂是该项技术的关键,它不但可以溶解铝合金表面的氧化膜,而且可与弧柱中的氢离子结合,减小或者消除焊缝中的气孔。与变极性等离子弧焊的焊缝熔合区微观组织相比较,直流正接活性TIG焊无气孔,组织晶粒更加细小,力学性能更好。DCSP-TIG with activating flux is a new welding technology. The process was applied to joining 2219-T87 aluminum alloys. Pore-free seams with good weld appearance could be acquired in relatively low welding current. The activating flux without oxide played a key role,which couht dissolve the oxide film on ahuninum surface,and reduce or eliminate the pores in joint by combining with hydrogen in arc. Compared with the variable polarity plasma are welding, DCSP-TIG with activating flux had better mechanical properties due to the pore-free and fine-grain microstructure in the fusion zone.
