摘 要:为研究析出相对超声测量残余应力的影响,在200℃下将7xxx母材分别保温2 h、4 h、6 h、8 h后制备试验试样。分别对试样的应力常数K、超声波在零应力介质中的传播时间t_0、超声衰减3个指标进行测试,分析铝合金的析出相对2个计算参数K、t_0及超声衰减的具体影响。分析发现,在析出相含量有明显差距的4组试样中,其K、t_0、超声衰减均没有明显变化,说明7xxx铝合金材料的析出相对超声波测量残余应力的精确度基本无影响。The influence of the precipitation on the accuracy of residual stress uhrasonie measurement was studied in this paper,the 7xxx aluminum alloy hase material was kept warm for 2,4,6,8 hours at 200 degrees and then made into experimental samples. The stress constant K,propagation time of ultrasonic wave in zero stress medium to and uhrasonic attenuation of the samples were tested and the exact influence of the precipitation on two calculation parameters,K and to was analysed. After analysis,there were no significant changes of K,to and ultrasonic attenuation in the four groups of samples with obvious difference in precipitated phase content. This showed that the accuracy of residual stress uhrasonic measurement was not affected by the precipitation of 7xxx aluminum alloy.
