摘  要:针对转向架上齿轮箱吊座的疲劳寿命进行模拟计算,模拟条件分别为考虑残余应力的影响和不考虑残余应力,并且通过疲劳试验验证仿真结果。结果发现,齿轮箱吊座内腔背面的焊缝为连接焊缝,对吊座的疲劳寿命影响不大,齿轮箱吊座经历1×107次循环次数后,经磁粉探伤和渗透探伤后均未发现裂纹。the fatigue life of gearbox on bogie frame was simulated and calculated,the simulation conditions were the influence of residual stress was taken into account and the residual stress was not taken into account,and the simulation results were verified by fatigue test. The results showed that the weld on the back of the inner cavity of the gearbox hanger bracket is not a critical weld, which has little effect on the fatigue life of the hanger bracket. Mter 1×10^7 cycles,no cracks were found after magnetic particle inspection and liquid penetrant inspection.
