摘  要:FKBP蛋白是PPIase蛋白酶家族的重要成员,在植物生长发育及响应外界胁迫中起关键调控作用。利用已发表的水稻和拟南芥FKBP序列为诱饵,本研究从橡胶树全基因组数据中鉴定出23个HbFKBPs。进化树分析表明这些成员可归为三个亚类;基因结构结果显示每个成员至少含有两个内含子,且亲缘关系较近的成员具有类似的内含子数目和排布方式;转录组数据分析表明HbFKBPs在橡胶树不同组织、叶片不同发育时期及乙烯利处理后不同阶段胶乳中的表达存在差异。橡胶树HbFKBPs的鉴定为深入探索橡胶树生长发育及响应外界胁迫中的分子机制提供一定基础。The FK506-binding proteins (FKBPs) are a key subgroup ofpeptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase (PPIase) superfamily, which play a key regulatory role in plant growth and development, and response to external stresses. In present study, by using the published FKBPs of Arabidopsis and rice, 23 HbFKBPs from rubber tree genome was firstly identified. The phylogenetic tree analysis showed that these members could be divided into three subgroups. Gene structure displayed that each member of HbFKBPs had at least two introns, and HbFKBPs with close relationship had similar intron number and arrangement. Transcriptome data analysis indicated that the expression pattem of HbFKBPs was different in various tissues of Hevea brasiliensis, different developmental stages of leave, and latex at different stages after ethephon treatment. The identification of HbFKBPs could provide a certain basis for further investigation of the molecular mechanism of growth and development as well as response to stresses in rubber tree.
