摘  要:植物启动子是基因表达不可缺少的重要顺式作用元件,对其结构与功能深入研究不仅对于了解植物生长发育机制与防御机制具有重要意义,且可为利用转基因植物工程实现基因的高效特异表达提供有效途径,以期为启动子的研究提供参考。本评述综述了真核生物启动子构成,包括核心启动子区的TATA-box、CAAT-box、起始子元件和下游启动子元件;远端区的增强子、沉默子、绝缘子元件;以及非翻译区调控元件,并对启动子分类及研究方法进行简要介绍。Plant promoter is a necessary and important cis-regulatory element for gene expression. Deeply study of its structure and function is not only important for understanding the plant growth and defense system, but also provides an effective way for the plant genetic engineering to achieve efficient expression of specific genes, so as to provide a reference for further study of promoters.In this paper, the basic structure of eukaryotic promoters, including the TATA-box, CAAT-box, initiator and downstream promoter elements of the core promoter region; enhancer, silencer, insulator elements in the distal region; as well as cis-regulatory element of untranslated region were introduced. The classification and research methods of promoter were described briefly.
