摘  要:采用超声冲击方法对Q345B板材对接焊接接头进行超声冲击试验,采用不同冲击电流和时间,研究超声冲击消除焊接接头残余应力的效果。研究表明,当超声冲击时间一定时,提高冲击电流值可以提高残余应力消减率,但当冲击电流值一定时,延长冲击时间对消减率并没有明显影响。超声冲击处理可以消除Q345B焊接接头残余应力,消除率达到86.1%~122.5%,并且可以将Q345B对接接头热影响区残余拉应力转变为压应力,该方法消除焊接残余应力效果良好。It is a butt welding test on a Q345 B plate with ultrasonic impacts which use various current and time duration for the impact to see results from residual stress removal off the welding by means of ultrasonic impacts as a test. Results show that when the impact time is set increased current value in the impact can increase removal rate of the residual stress, while the impact current value is set extended impact time does not have obvious effect on the removal rate. It is clear that such a treatment with ultrasonic impacts can remove residual stress at the butt welding in the Q345 B plate up to a rate of86.1%~122.5%,besides this process can also convert the residual stress at the welding's heat affected zone into compression stress, telling a good effect and result. The test results can provide a theoretical guidance to remove residual stresses off the butt welding with ultrasonic impacts onto structural parts of construction machines.
