北京市怀柔区实施水痘疫苗2剂次程序的流行病学特征

摘　　要：目的了解北京市怀柔区疫苗两剂接种程序实施前后,水痘的发病特征与流行趋势变化情况,为今后制定水痘防控措施提供流行病学依据。方法对2008—2016年北京市怀柔区水痘发病资料进行整理、分析,并以2012年(水痘2剂接种程序实施年)为分界点,比较2008—2011年与2013—2016年水痘流行病学特征。结果 2008—2011年北京市怀柔区共报告水痘1 317例,报告发病率87.02/10万,2013—2016年共报告水痘病例773例,报告发病率47.94/10万;托幼儿童、散居儿童、学生这3类重点人群病例构成比由2008—2011年的81.25%降至2013—2016年的58.75%。结论水痘2剂次接种程序效果显著,有助于控制人群发病水平。[Objective] To understand the changes of epidemiological characteristics and trends of varicella before and after2-dose vaccination in Huairou District of Beijing,provide scientific basis for making the prevention and control strategies of varicella. [Methods] The data of the disease in Huairou District of Beijing from 2008-2016 were collected and analyzed. The epidemiological characteristics of varicella were compared between 2008-2011 and 2013-2016 due to that the 2-dose varicella vaccination was implemented since 2012. [Results] A total of 1 317 cases of varicella were reported during 2008-2011 with the reported incidence rate of 87.02/lakh, and 773 cases were reported during 2013-2016 with the reported incidence rate of 47.94/lakh.The cumulative proportion of cases in kindergarten children,scattered children and students（who were the high-risk populations）decreased from 81.25% during 2008-2011 to 58.75% during 2013-2016. [Conclusion] The 2-dose varicella vaccination has good effect,and it is conducive to control the incidence of the population.
